This condominium complex in Shipbottom, Long Beach Island, NJ has a striking design, intended to bring back memories of the large turn of the century New Jersey boardwalk hotels. Joseph Bucci of MBI was involved to build this complex from the ground up. Each unit he built has a generous open floor plan consisting of three bedrooms, two bathrooms, living and dining areas, as well as a 200 square-foot private deck. The common spaces in the scope of work included a tiki bar, swimming pool, and hot tub. In addition, his work included constructing this building so it sits up on stilts with parking and storage underneath.
