Vice President of Project Management & Administration
Zachary Margulis brings a unique blend of leadership and project management skills to MBI. Throughout his life, Zachary has worked in the construction industry and developed a multi-faceted skill set that benefits our client projects.
A D1 football player and military veteran, Zachary oversees each project to ensure a meticulous attention to detail and an unwavering commitment to excellence.
Joseph Bucci
Vice President of Construction Management
Joseph Bucci brings over 50 years of construction experience to MBI. His extensive portfolio includes managing complex renovations for fortune 500 companies, as well as overseeing new construction from the group up.
With his proven track record in business development and project management, Joseph’s expertise ensure our projects all maintain the same high-quality standards our clients have come to expect.
Frank Bianculli
Vice President of Finance
Frank Bianculli graduated Magna Cum Laude from Hunter College, and has held his CPA license for over 20 years. Frank is dedicated to maintaining rigorous quality control and ensuring that financial practices align with the company’s goals
He brings vast expertise in auditing, taxation, and management to MBI and oversees our financial operations
