Simzee Construction revamped the upstairs office suites and refinished the exterior per Breland & Harper’s design. More than just a tenant improvement, this project leveraged under-utilized roof space by increasing office suite sizes and converting roof areas into outdoor decks. The offices feature custom casework, new lighting, and architectural glass and metalwork. Lastly, the landscaping was designed and overhauled by Cactus Store Studio.
