Planning
Our involvement began in the early stages of project development, providing budget preparation from FEL1 through FEL3 and permitting assistance. This early engagement established a strong foundation for the project’s technical and financial execution.
Design & Construction
The scope covered complex site development, substation layouts, and power distribution. We engineered building and equipment foundations, process piping, and a fire protection system concept to support the line’s advanced heating and quenching technology.
Results
The project enabled the production of ultra-high-strength steels essential for modern automotive lightweighting and safety. Our work highlights the capability to support a full project lifecycle for technologically advanced coating facilities.
